The riad was beautiful, staff really friendly, they made a fire each night to warm up the lounge which was really welcome. Bed linen fresh and cosy. One of the guests could not eat gluten and there was a gluten free bread each breakfast. Villavano excellent, arrangements excellent - ie. taxi service to airport etc.
I was surprised that as the riad was listed as staffed they did not clean the bathroom or empty bins (especially used toilet paper) everyday during our stay. We'd asked for our dinner to be on the second night but they had made it for the first night so we had to cancel our dinner plans as we didn't want to upset things. Breakfast was the same each day - bread products 6 different ways, it would have been lovely to have fresh fruit, yogurt etc.

Bel endroit, malgré le vieillissement des lieux il y a un charme si apaisant comme si l’on retrouvait sa maison de famille avec une âme et une atmosphère exceptionnelle. Espace calme, jardin sublime avec grande piscine et des recoins partouts invitants à la détente. L’accueil chaleureux et discret du personnel, le feu de cheminée tout était superbe et relaxant.

Très joli Riad, extrêmement bien placé. Un vrai plaisir pour visiter Marrakech en groupe car nous pouvions sortir à notre convenance les uns les autres et se rejoindre à pied dans la médina! Mohamed et sa famille sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, Un vrai plus! Concernant Villanovo nous avons apprécié la belle prestation et des services parfaits.

Beautiful riad, with the loveliest team to look after us - a big thank you to Fatima and Mohamed. Delicious dinners and breakfasts on both days. Dreamy shabby chic decor.
